You asked how old would you be if you didn't know how old you are - very appropriate.  I am continuing to improve - Walking without my Cane!!!!!  Everyone says how great I look and I would think I'm about 62 instead of 75 and I know that will continue to be a smaller number.

Alice may not really be in Wonderland, but she is wonderful! I met Alice at a Southern Women's Show in Richmond, VA. Although I live in Raleigh NC, Alice and I have wonderful phone sessions where she helps me with an entire array of subjects.  Since meeting Alice, I have lost about 38 pounds am able to walk daily from one to three miles, eat very healthy and nutritious meals, and have overcome adrenal fatigue!  I am a much happier person when I gaze into my looking glass!
